It does not look very user-friendly to me.




However, the device does certainly look quite stylish.

The lack of softkey hardware buttons and directional buttons on the keyboard seems to be a huge oversight. Without those buttons, you'll have to take one hand off the keyboard and use your finger or a stylus to access the menus every time you want to interact with the device. It's a pretty obvious problem and sure to be an annoyance with power users.

On the plus side, it looks like the video recording and camera quality is up to speed with the Nokia N95!

InfoSync World was able to get a video of the yet-to-be-released Sony Ericsson Xperia X1. This is their first Windows Mobile device, and it is sure to garner quite a bit of attention. The video shows the Expose-like application launcher/switcher in action. It's unclear if the thumbnails represent running applications or programs to launch. The thumbnails are unlabeled so it's difficult to understand what they represent. This will be interesting to try out when it becomes available.
