
While we tend to focus a lot on the high-end smartphones, there are users that don't want to pay the extra bucks to get high speed net access on their device and would be quite content with EDGE speeds for the mobile net. For those users, the
Samsung Omnia would not be the right device. As such, according to
Unwired View, Samsung will be releasing the i740 Windows Mobile Professional phone for those who are comfortable browsing using 2.5G data speeds.
The device does pack in some punch with a fast processor, GPS, and built-in FM radio. According to the Unwired View, the specs are:
