The DigiTimes is reporting that hareware maker Mio will soon begin to make and sell 3G capable GPS phones in response to Asustek, HTC, and E-Ten. Arriving in March according to this translated page, the Mio runs on Windows Mobile 5.0, has Bluetooth and USB and is yet another PDA that doubles as a phone but nifty addition of an internal antenna for GPS, based on the SiRFStarIII chip.
