According to an unconfirmed report, Asus will release a version of its Eee PC subnotebook with a touchscreen before the middle of this year.

GPS navigation is not one of those things most users consider to be crucial in a PDA-phone, at least not in the same way as features like W-Fi and Bluetooth are. But even though most consider it to be a bonus rather than a requirement, it is surprisingly found in quite a few entry-level devices even when high-end ones give it a miss.

How would you like a Lamborghini -- in your pocket? If you would, check out the ASUS Lamborghini ZX1 Window Mobile Professional phone, including a Lambo badge navigation control and a speedometer-like clock on the Today screen.

Not quite a device for the power user, this GPS-enabled handheld should nevertheless appeal to those who need its features and aren't fussy about speed.

A few day ago I posted the P526 and now Asus plan to release other PDA phone called the P527, While a rumor has been floating around about a new model. Asus India entered the communication segment in the country with the launch of its P535 tri-band PDA phone. The P535 tri-band PDA phone features full wireless functionality, Global Positioning System and an auto-focus camera.

The Asus MyPal A636 is a PDA with a built-in GPS receiver that puts maps and directions on an equal footing with appointments and e-mail. While it delivers accurate directions and long battery life, it's a bit sluggish.

PDABuyersGuide has reviewed the Asus A730W VGA Pocket PC. The A730 is identical to the earlier A730 apart from the addition of Wi-Fi and the upgrading of the RAM from 64MB to 128MB.

They liked the compact size, bright sisplay, removable battery, camera, wi-fi, and USB host capabilities, but didn't like the poor battery life and photo quality.
